Mechanical Engineer / Senior Engineer
Deliver integrated mechanical engineering solutions across HVAC, Fire Protection and Public Health Engineering (PHE) systems for complex infrastructure and building projects. Work across transportation, mission critical and cities and places sectors, ensuring systems are coordinated, efficient and perform as intended.
- Design and develop HVAC systems, including ventilation and smoke management
- Prepare fire protection system layouts and hydraulic calculations
- Design PHE systems including water supply, drainage and utility networks
- Coordinate across disciplines to ensure fully integrated MEP solutions
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SBC, BS)
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-8 years of MEP design experience across HVAC, Fire Protection, and PHE
- Strong understanding of integrated building services design
- Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, BS, etc.)
- Proficiency in design tools (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Fire Engineer / Senior Engineer
Deliver fire and life safety engineering solutions for complex infrastructure and building projects. Lead the development of performance-driven strategies that ensure life safety, regulatory compliance and system reliability under real-world conditions.
- Develop fire and life safety strategies aligned with international and local codes
- Review architectural and engineering layouts for compliance and risk mitigation
- Perform fire zoning, occupant load calculations, and egress analysis
- Assess travel distances, common paths, and vertical opening protection
- Prepare fire safety reports and Civil Defense submission packages
- Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction for design approvals
- Work closely with MEP, structural and architectural teams to integrate fire safety into design
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety design consultancy
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA, IBC/IFC, UAE Fire Code and Saudi Building Code
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of fire strategy development and code compliance
Architect / Senior Architect
Design and deliver architectural solutions for complex developments, balancing design intent, technical performance and real-world constructability. Work across sectors to create spaces that are functional, resilient and aligned with project objectives.
- Develop architectural designs, drawings and documentation across project stages
- Translate design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions
- Review and refine layouts to ensure functionality, compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to integrate structural, MEP and fire requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality
- Support project delivery through design development, coordination and technical resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with project goals, timelines and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3-8 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes

BIM Engineer / Senior BIM Engineer
Drive BIM delivery and coordination across complex infrastructure projects, ensuring models are accurate, coordinated and aligned with project and asset requirements. Support digital workflows that improve clarity, reduce risk and enhance project outcomes.
BIM Strategy & Implementation
- Support development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Apply BIM standards, workflows and modelling guidelines
- Align BIM deliverables with Employer's Information Requirements (EIR)
- Define and manage LOD and LOI requirements (LOD 200-500)
Model Management & Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models including Civil, Structural, MEP and Utilities
- Manage federated models using coordination platforms
- Perform clash detection and support issue resolution
- Maintain model quality, consistency and compliance with standards
Modelling Support
- Alignment and corridor modelling
- Earthworks and grading
- Utilities coordination

Digital Delivery & Data Management
- Support Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows
- Manage asset data and COBie parameters for handover
- Assist in model-based quantity take-offs and 4D and 5D integration

Coordination & Team Support
- Work with BIM leads, engineers and design teams
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Support BIM adoption and workflow improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650
- Experience in LOD 300-500 project environments
- Exposure to transportation and infrastructure projects preferred
- Software skills: Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, InfraWorks, ACC and BIM 360
Electrical Engineer / Senior Engineer
Support the operation, maintenance and performance of electrical systems across complex facilities, ensuring reliability, safety and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and supervise electrical maintenance works across facilities
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems, identify faults and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of LV systems, lighting and power distribution
- Review and approve maintenance and refurbishment works related to electrical systems
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Coordinate with architectural, civil, mechanical and FM teams
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and local regulations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations projects
- Experience in facility management environments is required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with local codes, standards and regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
